# DEV-02 — Backend

Current assignment: Core control plane, workspace authorization, durable executions, and policy/audit enforcement.

State: in progress. Phase 1 owner authentication, workspace/RBAC persistence, approval binding,
append-only audit evidence, health checks, and migrations are implemented. Phase 2 now persists
workspace-scoped executions and validated AI-proposed steps, with Core reauthorization and
cancellation. Trusted tool execution, checkpoints, budgets, agent persistence, password reset,
MFA, and production database-role separation remain incomplete. The Phase 3 agent control-plane
schema and APIs now cover versions, grants, schedules, lifecycle, hierarchy, and delegation scope;
model profiles, queued delegation, and execution-budget enforcement remain.
